With her financial career spanning two decades, Karen has cemented her reputation as a trusted authority in compliance management.

One of Karen’s outstanding qualities is her unwavering dedication to putting clients first. She firmly believes that compliance is not just about ticking boxes but rather an essential element in building trust and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Under her guidance, Next Level prioritizes transparency, open communication, and ethical conduct to ensure clients’ financial well-being.

Karen is originally from Montana, but made Idaho her home a long time ago! She earned her bachelor’s degree in Math from Montana State. After her husband Rob graduated from the Air Force Academy, they lived in 5 different states, then decided to move back to the Northwest and raise their family. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.

When she’s not at the office, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, around the pool in the summers! She loves sports – Montana State Bobcats, Air Force Falcons, Duke Blue Devils basketball and the Seattle Seahawks!
